On Friday, July 16th, 2021 a federal judge in Texas ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is unlawful. This has affected many young immigrants and families. This is a statement from an immigrant who unfortunately was not able to get into the program due to the decision taken by a federal judge in Texas.
